Its 5 Bucks Compensation Plan
Its 5 Bucks compensation plan revolves around affiliates purchasing positions and then recruiting others to do the same. They are then paid a commission following a 3×3 matrix system. A 3×3 matrix system is where an affiliate is placed on top of the structure with three positions directly under him or her (level 1).

The three positions then branches off to form 9 positions (level 2) and finally, the 9 positions branches off to form 27 positions (level 3), hence completing the matrix. These positions are filled up through personal recruitment or recruitment effort of the downline. However, whether you personally recruit them or your referrals, you will need to recruit a total of 27 affiliates if you intend to reach the third level.

Here is the cost of each level and how much commission you earn;

  • Level 1 cost $5, you recruit 3 referrals and earn $15 .
  • Level 2 cost $10, you and your referrals recruit 9 members, you then earn $90.
  • Level 3 cost $70, you and your referrals recruit 27, you then earn $1,890

Its 5 Bucks Payment Processors and Withdrawals
Its 5 Bucks is accepting Egopay, Paypal, Payza, Payeer, Solid Trust Pay and Perfect Money. Members pay each other directly to their payment processors of choice. There is no refund.

Conclusion
With no retailable products or services, affiliates recruiting and paying each other on different levels of the compensation plan, Its 5 Bucks  seems to act more like a gifting scheme rather than an advertising program.

In addition,  you do not earn any money, unless you are able to personally recruit atleast 3 people in the first level and the 3 personally recruited referrals recruit some more referrals. Otherwise, you will just be wasting your $5.
